What are your refund, cancellation, and return policies?

All sales are final! But in the event that your item arrives damaged or if you have any other order concerns, please contact me as soon as possible at  bulbalana@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist you!

 

When will you ship my order?

Please allow 7-10 business days for handling due to large order volume. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly!

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times have been heavily impacted by COVID-19. Please have patience and allow more time for transit. Many countries have suspended international mail, please check your restrictions before ordering.

USPS First Class shipping is used for all orders, domestic and international. Per the USPS website, please allow 1-3 business days for domestic. No estimate is provided for international orders as this will vary based on destination. For these orders, please allow more time. In my personal experience, international orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or as much as 6 weeks. 

Tracking information is provided on all orders.

 

My package is shipped but hasn't arrived!

I am no longer responsible for a package once it has left my hands. Please contact your local post office! If a package is returned to me, I am happy to re-ship as long as you cover the additional shipping fees or I can offer a refund minus the shipping fees. Please be sure to verify your address before finalizing all purchases!

 

My package was marked delivered but it was stolen/is missing!

I am no longer responsible for a package once it has left my hands. Tracking information is meant to protect both ends, the buyer and seller. If your package has been stolen or is missing but has been marked delivered, you need to contact your local post office. I am happy to assist with filling a claim, but please do not expect me to replace a package.

 

How do you calculate shipping?

I do not calculate shipping prices. This is done through Shopify's shipping software. The only information that I provide are the weight of my products and the size and weight of my shipping materials.

I am not responsible for any customs fees. These occur because of the country you reside in and it is out of my control. Do not ask me to alter customs information so you can avoid fees, this is illegal.
